WARNING ROACHES! I Came to meet my friend here. Never coming back. We were sitting by the golden tee machine at a high top. I ordered a beer. Had a drink. The next time I reached over to grab my beer I was greeted by a cockroach the SIZE OF A CREDIT CARD. We moved to another table and told them about it. Few minutes later one of the servers(?) removed his shoe and killed the roach on the table top and left his shoe on the table, looked over and said "well, there's no roach anymore." Three times in a row I’ve ordered Buffalo Wild Wings to be delivered through Uber eats. Three times in a row I received my order with a significant amount of it missing.I never called to say anything until after the third time it happened, and was certain they would completely understand; and because they offer delivery themselves.. would be more than happy to deliver the food that we were missing.I was wrong.I was told there was absolutely nothing they could do and suggested I dispute the charge with Uber eats.Didn’t even get an apology or attempt to sound anything other than annoyed that I was calling.Uber eats delivery drivers are only instructed to pick up the order given to them by the restaurant. It is the restaurant’s responsibility to make sure the correct orders are going out.
