Honestly this place has went down hill. We’ve come a few times (due to gift cards) and the service is very slow. No one greeted us at the front or anywhere. We sat at the bar probably 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Beer pours were awful (tons of foam) and the food was lukewarm. We didn’t say anything about the temp of the food as we had waited a long time. The place was mostly empty too. Staff had part of the front doors locked, only one door unlocked to come inside. We used to love coming here. Now, it’s consistently slow service, high prices, and poor food quality.

This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever gone too, I waited for over an hour to get food to go. No one wanted to help me it was absurd. I’ve never had that happen one particular waiter was staring at me and did not want to assist at all I know that restaurants are short staffed right now but a simple we’re still working on your order would of been appreciated. Don’t recommend this location to anyone.

Okay honestly, this place horrible. I ordered my wings online and the app told me my food was ready for pickup 30 minutes after I ordered my food. After arriving at the location, only to find out that I will need to wait an additional 30 minutes before I get my food.
