It was our first time. Great idea of picking and choosing your protein, seafood, vegetable, and many other selections then your choice of soup (we had the spicy tonkatsu) and choice of noodles. The service was nice and we got free shave ice afterwards.

Fun but BEWARE! BYOR will make you addicted when you want your ramen be fixed outside. It is literally build your own ramen from soup base, noodles to meat & vegetables. All customizable at your own imagination & mood. But as affirmation above, don't get to much excited putting anything coz you might pay more than $30 if you are out of control. LoL. You know how fun is it to pick what to put in a bowl? LoL. Step 1 is fill in your basket with ingredients. Step 2 is to pick your homemade soup (I chose beef soup). Step 3 is a choice of noodles/rice (I chose ramen). Also, in every ramen purchased, you get a free shaved ice dessert which is so cool & yum as well. Get some appetizer as well.
