I had one of the worst experience today at this restaurant at 4701 Calhoun road Houston, thx 77004. Be sides of the long wait and the bad communication and rude service, they were no options at the bar like all I had is a rice and a chicken on my burrito, and costs 10.71 for what!??, that is really understandable.

They don’t answer the phone and the voicemail sounds like she’s busy in the background. Based on the reviews.... yikes. I honestly didn’t realize there was a location near but I think I’ll pass though

For my 1st time trying Bullritos, I loved it. The manager Shae & line/cashier JB were both welcoming and hooked my burrito and bowl up. Everything was fresh, restaurant was clean. The staff made me feel welcomed and kept a smile on my face. I'll definitely be back. If you haven't tried them, make sure you check them out. You won't be disappointed. Y'all have a customer for life.
