No-frills spot for fresh and delicious seafood with friendly customer service. Small indoor dining area. A patio-length bench and table line the back patio. Several picnic tables are below. All outdoor seating overlooks the river. We ate here and at Finn's Fish House during our Seaside stay. I enjoy "classier" dining and I'd pick this spot (for the flavor and freshness) over Finn's hands down.

Loved it never had fried razor clams apparently they've been there forever which makes sense cause the food is great

The Buoy’s best restaurant is actually where you get the cooked food from the Bells Buoy’s seafood market. They are essentially the same business but there are two separate buildings, one where you get the fresh fish, crab, and seafood, and this building is actually the restaurant that serves the cooked seafood with fries and soda. Both places deserve 5 stars! The restaurant has the best cooked fish and chips I’ve ever had! My family comes here every time we go to the coast and we will continue to eat here whenever we are in Seaside.
