Open face burger at the Burger Barn. This looked like the place to stop in the tiny town of Aspermont, Texas as there were lots of cars. My husband and I shared this burger and fries. I was sitting very close to the little salad bar and it looked pretty inviting. That's the healthier I option I should have chosen! The special of the day was Mexican casserole, chips, beans, rice, the salad bar and dessert for $10. Several people were having that. This is a tiny old place in a tiny old town. We were just passing through and were hungry and took a chance. The waitress was friendly and the food was good.
