Burger Extreme in Arlington

I don't know what food these people writing these reviews been eating their lives, But here is the truth!! This food is below basic. The buns are Cheap thin buns meat with no flavor. Fries basic cheap fries. The didnt 'try to give customers any ingredients with quality or taste. That's the truth.

Burger was good, fries were terrible, pink lemonade was terrible. Chicken tender kids meals for my kids: I checked the bag for dipping sauce and I didn’t have any. So I asked for some and they noted it was an extra charge. Were my kids supposed to dip the chicken strips in air? I’ve never had to pay extra for dipping sauce for chicken tenders. Like ZERO sauce given? That’s super unthoughtful. I expressed my disagreement and confusion and the 2 people at the front got super rude with me. Then said “when I have my own restaurant I can decide to give complimentary dipping sauce.” GHETTO in all caps. I was told to leave and have a nice day— super fake. I was so shocked! Tried to let a manager know so they can improve their staff customer facing and improve their business model to consider the thought process behind not giving ANY SAUCE BUT I was declined a manager. Run from this spot until further notice. #cringing

Nothing worse than a business who clearly doesn't  appreciate customers. I went to Burger Extreme today for the first time. I knew what I wanted, I ordered when I got to the counter, a burger, and fries. I was asked what size fries, small or large. I asked, what's the difference in size? Usually when you patronize a business and ask that, they'll show you what size containers they come in so you can gauge the size and make a decision. But the clerk just said in a condescending tone "one's a small and the other is a large." So I ask again, "ok, but how do I know what size they are?...
