Burger King in Abbeville

I received fast service and a delicious Impossible Whopper.

The employees here were very patient with us as we went through the process of getting our $.37 Whoppers! We didn't know you had to go through the BK App to get it, but it was well worth it. Thanks for being so patient with us!

Awful, I'm just praying for them.

Short staffed got ky order wrong

The new Ch'King is really good. If chicken isn't your thing, the bacon king is my go to.

Ok putting one star because I have to. I mean how hard is it to make a biscuit. After waiting 15 minutes with no one in line you would think your order is correct. I do not recommend going to this BK unless your standards are sub par.

Ch King chicken sandwich is not all that...The Wopper is the way to go.

Got food poisoning from the original chicken sandwich:-( Sick for 3 days!!!

Slowest burgerking I ever been to

They cant take more than two orders every ten minutes. It's ridiculous. Ask you to hold and then they all standing around talking. If this is the best they can do they might as well close down. Worst burger king ever.

Don't do it. Trust me just don't. If you can make it somewhere else then definitely go somewhere else. They will mess the easiest orders up and the wait is ridiculous even with a worker shortage.

This is the worst food establishment in abbeville county the employees are rude and inattentive and they consistently get orders wrong and when you spend 15 minutes or more sitting at the drive thru window for your order you would think that gives them enough time to get your order right well I guess not I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone it wouldn’t hurt my feelings to see this Burger King close down at least then abbeville might get a decent fast food chain that cares about the customers

Horrible customer service and the manager is awful!

I keep trying different items but always come up disappointed. Cheese sticks, hard no marinara sauce, fries cold...I quit

I understand that every restaurant is short staffed bc of the economy, but that does mean that the people who are working has to be rude and unprofessional. I tried to change a drink bc my 2 year old decided she wanted tea instead of an icee and the woman at the window couldn’t wrap her head around the fact that I needed one icee and one tea. The whole time she had an attitude and had her ear buds in. Then the kid that brought the food out also had his ear buds in and had an attitude! It’s the only Burger King in abbeville and I was trying to treat my kids. Corporate really needs to step in and do something about their staff and management at this store.

Food was raw not cooked all the way slow waiting at window for 30 minutes. Look like it was everybody first day. Never go to burger King again

Food cooked in advance.

The friendliest fast food joint in the area. If you have a coupon please tell them when placing your order. if your coupon is out of date it will not be accepted. Get the freshly made cookies you won't be disappointed.

Restaurant was clean and workers were nice but hamburger and fries were served cold. Next time I will ask for freshly cooked and hot.

Love their burgers! They don't sit in grease all day long.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! I know there have been changes due to Covid. Ordered a family pack with specific changes. We were given a tightly stapled bag. Upon getting home, opened pack and none of the extra items I had specified on my ordered were there. We paid extra for these items. They gave us stuff that had been cooked up several hours earlier.

Friendly staff but poorly run business. Stopped 2 times this week and they were out of the product I wanted. Need to get it together. I will be going down the road to Hardee's. I don't have time in the mornings to sit in line only to be told they are out of the product. Hardee's does better

I really do love Burger King but it seems like they just want to make a really big mess of a burger too much ketchup and mayonnaise and it makes it all Messi now my family and I don't go to Burger King because I don't like eating in my food fall apart into my lap like I said I would love to Burgers but I can't stand all that mess and right now Burger King is really making a big mess of the burgers someone really needs to look into this matter

Nice remodel but food tastes like junk

They suck. Everytime I go it takes forever. Never right. They need to close down.

Reopened after remodel and still poor service. Always out of items, never fully stocked with menu items! Ice cream machine always down.

Have been here three time since the remodel. Each time I’ve been the foods either been cold, forgotten and not put in the bag, or they don’t have it. What’s the point of the remodel and being open if you have no food? Was expecting so much more
