If I could give 0 stars, I totally would. 9 out of 10 times your order is going to be messed up, cold, and unappealing. In every single experience that I've had where my order was wrong (across 6 years!), it's been the same employee running the drive thru. I don't know her name, but the company needs to do one of two things: invest in training her better or fire her.My wife literally JUST went through the drive thru to get a medium Dr. Pepper, and they gave her a large Diet Coke with no ice. This location is the absolute epitome of incompetence.

They really need to do some staff changes here.EMILY had an attitude before I could even get my food order out. Then I get to the window and she has the card reader so close to her (inside the window) expecting me to literally pull my whole body through my own window and the Burger King window rather then just reach like a normal person half way. I legit had to ask does her arm not go further because I was so taken back by her behavior from beginning to end. Her whole demeanor was disgusting if you don’t like to deal with people get a job away from people it’s really that simple.
