I like BK, but there isn't one near me. I went out of my way to get lunch there. I got my yummy whopper with cheese and fries, but got Sprite instead of Coke, and 4 piece mozzarella sticks instead of chicken fries. Didn't realize it until was home 20 minutes away. That was sad. The mozz sticks are chewy and tough and dry. No pull. The Sprite went down the drain.

The drive-through attendant was very rude. And then when I got to the window she was talking to another customer very harshly. She may need some additional customer service training.

All the words said to me at the drive thru..."Go Head""Pull Round""4.41""Want Jelly?"That's it! No "welcome to Burger King", no "how can I help you", no "have a nice day", and certainly no "thank you".I worked a BK drive thru back in the day. Besides the fact that I probably would have fired for saying things like that, I would have personally be embarrassed for being that rude. And it shouldn't be said "that's how it is these days"... if BK as a corporation, or at least this location's owner cared, it would be different... see Chick-fil-A!
