Burger King in Altoona

Stopped by on Sunday 7/25/21 at 12:15 PM. Walked in and I was the only one at the counter.  I waited a long time (at least 15 minutes.  The employees did not even acknowledge my presence.   Four more groups of people came in and were waiting behind me. So I spoke-up and asked if someone would please take my order.   This young lady came up to me and told me " This girl is brand new and I am training her. The guy is taking care of the Drive-Thru.   We are short-handed."  Except for the person throwing the food together, these were the only 3 employees I saw.   So I told the young lady "What the hell?" "I guess if your not going to serve me, I'll have to go someplace else."  And then I left and as I did some of the other people standing in line behind me.   I know the usual canned excuse "It's all because of COVID! I'm surprised this place doesn't have more horrible reveries. This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Customer service is horrible, they've gotten my order wrong multiple times, and one time I tried to go through the drive thru and they literally hid in the back and refused to take my order. Lazy, stupid, and gross people working there. I try to avoid it if I can.

Horrible experience  and never received our food. We had a hard time ordering in the drive thru. Correcting how she put the order in multiple times. (We had a number 1 with root beer and a mixed 2 for 5.).we then waited over 20 min in line. After watching multiple cars pull off with out even stopping at the window, we finally made it to the window. From there we canceled our order as we looked in and saw the lady putting the food in the bags wipe her nose bare handed wipe it on her shirt and continue handling food. She then had her hands in her mouth and went to the next order. If I could give zero stars I would
