They refused to substitute bread for a tortilla, no big deal but my issue is the manager on duty had the girl working drive thru tell me NO. WE ALREADY TOLD YOU NO. WTF? We literally just ordered it last week and nobody has ever told me anything because I've never ordered it before. We will not be returning smh

mother who just got of the hospital a few weeks ago and she said when she can she would like a burger and fries. I went to Burger King in Alvin. Picked up her food and gave it to her. After a bit, she calls me and indicates " This was the worst food she ever had for Alvin. "..... Really?????
