There's 2 gentlemen that work the drive thru window, great customer service from them guys. There's a lady that works the counter with green hair, she was a complete "See U Next Tuesday" to a little boy because she misunderstood the order. That San Jacinto back alley garbage bucket attitude was just disgusting and pathetic to display to a young child.

Sadly, no inside anything anymore. Food is excellent for burgers. Low staff = slow.

I use the rewards & online App...great prices but the food is HORRID! It's not Burger King in general, it's THIS Burger King on S. Coulter here in Amarillo TX! The morning/daytime manager is one of the worst! He complains about his employees & cannot cook the food himself & assure others do either! Several times now, (not just the ones I mention in this post) I had 2 orders incomplete & they didn't want to fix it! It took 29 calls for the manager to even answer the phone! The fries were NEVER even cooked as they were literally frozen/white & the bun & burger were burnt, I actually took pictures! Another time I had 2 orders of French toast sticks that should've been 3 sticks each. But what did I get? What I received ended up being 2½ in one & 2 in the other. Please Please get new management! Oh, the bags are supposed to always be taped/stapled shut with the receipt attached...all but once the bags were open, twice there was no receipts at all. The other times you might wonder? Get this, I got my receipt once-perfect, the others?...well..they had receipts..but the "store number" had been cut off each time!As for this ap?
