They give me my food cold and bad service

Ordered and order on Uber Eats for pick up on 12/25/2021 and said it was ready at 8:30 PM but when I sent my mom to pick it up they could not fond my order it had mysteriously disappeared yet it was already bought and paid for took them from 8:30 to almost 10 PM to fund my order despite order number and name and online receipt. Order was cold and fries were hard because of how long it took to find my order and when they finally found it the food was ready at 8:30 pm so it sat almost 2 hours and no doubt it was not placed in the warmer and when my mother mentioned it was cold the Lady said nothing they could do about it and never even offered to fix it so she took the order and left Lady behind the counter was rude and snobby and argued with my mother over the order saying they did not have it once again even with proof presented to them. Food was cold and once reheated tasted like rubber ended up not eating it and too much h...
