Burger King in Amelia

The owner was very rude. I had a $20 off coupon from their app on my phone when I signed up for the app, something went wrong where it kept saying the offer was invalid but it still took the $20 off and said I only owed .38 cents. The owner came up and stated that there was never an offer and proceeded to “let me know” as if I was lying. Very rude, horrible experience. I would not recommend this Burger King.

Sat in line for 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of me befor I even got to the window, then sat the whole time it took just to make 5 French toast sticks for them to come out greasy and nit even cooked all the way.

If you're looking for service in a timely manner and or hot food look elsewhere. it wasn't too busy maybe had three or so cars in front of me so was not expecting to sit in the Drive-Thru for roughly 45 minutes thinking okay maybe somebody just had a big order. nope every single car was waiting at the window for a good 10 to 15 minutes usually on the longer side of that only to be handed one to two drinks and maybe a small bag not a terribly large looking order for any of them really. okay fine maybe they just had a big rush right before I got there and had to make everybody fresh stuff cool right wrong again Burger was cold the fries weren't much warmer tldr: don't wait in line for the better part of an hour for cold food just go somewhere else.
