I've been disappointed with BK for several years now. More times than none my order at the drive through has been incorrect and when I politely tell the person at the window I'm treated like I did something wrong and the employees enthusiasm about correcting my order is filled with lackluster. Have a little pride in what you do BK ... we're just trying to get an honest meal without hassle.
