If I could place 0 stars, I would do it, I went by bike for the service thru and they attended to me and they did not tell me that I could not do it, then I go this time and the cashier does not even tell me that I can not and that she does not know why they treated me, she didn't even take my order, too rude and very terrible customer service, the worst!

I don't understand if you can smell the grill cooking food outside when you're ordering in the drive thru then why is the burgers warm when you get your order? My fries were hot but when I opened my burger the cheese wasn't melted and my burger was lukewarm. The only reason I didn't return my food I was in a rush and couldn't turn around. This happens at a few more BK around the DMV area. Do better Burger King.
