Poor customer service, aren't even open during posted "open hours"

If I could give a 0 I would... This place is NEVER open . Hours say their open but when you get to the speaker it's Sorry we are closed for the day. Like seriously?? Doesn't matter what time or day I go they are closed . People there but I guess nobody wants to work . Place might as well be out of business.

This burger king is the slowest one I've been to in a long time there was a line when I got there maybe 3 people when I got to the window they said please hold I held for almost twenty minutes before they got back to me. I then ordered and they got most of my order right but forgot onion rings and no ice in my drinks. The management is super slow and barely does anything but take orders I felt offended going to this bk. The only one that was ok was the person at the window. They need help or new management something isn't right and I don't want to lose a local bk due to poor leadership.
