No other people in line. Ordered whopper with cheese meal and 1 jr whopper with cheese..Took 15 mins to get my food, customer service keep apologizing and said itta will be out in a few. RECEIVED MY JR WHOPPER had to remind them i had a whopper with cheese with the order. They looked surprised. Got home to eat " Foods were all Cold". We only live 10 mins away.I do not think my food would be Cold that quick!! We are extremely upset and deeply disappointed with the way these employees handled our food as well the time it took! Will take our hard earned monies esle ware!

This store always slow no matter how few cars in the drive thru. The food is almost always cold. I'd gotten in the line and decided it wasn't worth waiting for.

This Burger King is the worse, they are never open, always closed. Matter of fact right now on 12/27/21 @8:08am they are close. The sign clearly says open @6M. Thank goodness Chick-fil-A is next door.
