burger king 4042 is bad service. now stop by for something to eat and a brown person. He didn't want to give me the order. it was a woman. she was racist. People like that can't work. It is a very bad service. hire good people not bad

I usually go to this BK as it is the closest to my house and my mom likes the whoppers, but on several different occasions the service here has been terrible. This time was very bad especially. I had mobile ordered so I gave the drive thru lady my name and she rudely replied "you dont SOUND like a [name]". Then I waited at least 10 minutes without the drive thru moving before finally moving to the window, getting my drinks (without straws) and then waiting another 5 minutes for the rude lady to hand me the food that was sitting right next to her the whole time. Upon getting home to eat, the burger was cold and there were hairs stuck to one of the drinks. I know fast food workers have it hard, but theres a point where there is an unacceptable level. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Burger King if you're craving it. Try a different location.
