I am one who is understanding when things go occasionally wrong, however my last few purchases have been wrong on each order. The last mobile order I did was for two whopper combo’s. One was supposed to be with cheese the other without and neither were to have tomatoes. Once I got home I realized both sandwiches had tomatoes, both had cheese. The part that really is dissatisfying is the cheese was not regular American. They used a white cheese which was disgusting. The store stated they ran out of regular cheese. How about instead of substituting your ingredients you simply give the customer a choice to choose if they would like that a substitute. I am very dissatisfied that the order was made incorrect and they put this white cheese on my whopper.
