The manager on duty Cassie was very helpful when it came to me figuring out what i wanted to eat. I deff recommend this place. Service was fast food fresh very friendly happy atmosphere. I will be visiting again very soon!!!!! If i could give 10 stars i would.

I visited this location last night and i must say i had a FANTASTIC visit. Austin and ryan had me laughing the whole time. The girl who handed me the food was very sweet and had a wonderful smile. Everytime i come its always good "vibes". Everyone is always so happy. The food was great hot and fresh! Who ever is in the kitchen last night knew what they was doing. I recommend this place! Way better then most BurgerKings i have went to. I will be visiting more often when i come through ashland.

Store is never open when it's supposed to be. Hours on the website Allstate 6 a.m. the store opens anywhere between 8 and 9 or 10 in the morning. No hours are posted on the building and no way to contact anybody. I know this is a franchise store but this is one store that the company's a whole doesn't care anything about. The worst customer service I've ever experienced at any Burger King they just simply need to close it. I know I will never hear anything from any Burger King person but it just doesn't matter. Everybody be where do yourselves a favor don't come to this store.
