Management: *****Please Train your staff in Customer Service!***** To say it is lacking is an understatement. The lady taking orders at drive thru sounded downright miserable. I came to burger king on my lunch break to be met with manager screaming at his employees like they were children it was disgusting. He acted in an unproffesional manner. He needs to be taught how to talk to his employees or find somewhere else to be because that was unacceptable no matter what the situation and it needs to be addressed.
