Burger King in Asheville

You have an employee working at this location named Juanita. She's been working for Carol's corporation in Burger King as long as I can remember and always reads me with a smile and a great attitude. I truly think you should increase her rate of pay no matter what it currently is. I prefer this location so much more because she is at it.

Had an ok meal here it wasn't the best but I had a small error made with my burger so I had to turn around and get it corrected. The employee and I'm guessing a manager at the window where more annoyed than worrying about getting my sandwich correct so annoyed that it took them twice to make it and asked " Oh God what's wrong now?" When I checked at the window and noticed they made it wrong again. I will never stop here again they are rude the black lady that ring me up and the rude white lady I'm assuming is manager. Y'all food is barely good. Keep ya attitudes to ya selves. Outta Towner's be ware eat elsewhere. Oh yeah and my "fixed" burger shown in the pic was cold. And they didn't offer any type of compensation and argued when I asked to keep one of the mistakes cause I didn't want it to be remade using the same stuff I wanted a fresh burger wish is a rule that MOST fast food places follow especially after failing twice.

Sat in line for over 15 minutes, had to leave to get back to work with no lunch!
