Hey, ordered on line, before 12 am, went to pick up and it was close because shortage of staff.. and the staff was there walking around.... I hope we get our money back! The staff did not even came to the window to say anything... Terrible service. WHATABURGER was better...

Horrible burger king location. One of the worse in Houston I believe. Ive been 3 times out of convenience for drive time since it is the closest to my house. The food is cold once recieved. Fries not fresh. I just got a whopper with the cheese not even melted. Old lettuce. Waste of time and money coming to this location. You will always be ripped off and let down. The staff is unprofessional and slow as ever. No wonder the food is cold. I wouldnt recommend anybody to come to this location. They also will close the drive through at 10 instead of 12 by putting a cone in the drive through next to the menu. If i could give negative stars i would.
