Horrific conditions during visit. There had been a snowstorm two days prior and the parking lot was not even plowed. Huge ice ruts. Probably could have taken out someone's suspension. Waited to order in drive through for 13 minutes before getting to intercom. If this is the level of service then they should probably just close until this gets remedied. Looked abandoned.

This Burger King in Ashland really shouldn't even be open for business right now. I waited at the drive thru only to be told they wouldn't be opening for another hour because the morning shift didn't show up (mind you, it was 12:15pm) and I guess they only have 4 employees so it really is beyond they're control but it's not fair to people like me. I love this location and the employees that are there are great!!! But BK Corp. needs to send over some employees!
