The service and quality at this Burger King is horrible. We had a very simple order, 4 whoppers with cheese. We sat in the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes after we ordered before we got to the window, so, that was one downfall, but the burgers being wrong was when it really went downhill.The wrapper on the burgers said with cheese, but since I could see through the drive-thru window to where they make the burgers, I saw that they didn't put the cheese on them. When I was handed the bag, I checked the burgers and they did not have...
