Doors locked. No signage indicating they were locked and only doing drive through. McDonald's was glad to get our business.

Bought two $5 specials but employees not well informed about special. Even after I told them and the order taker said oh. They gave me two single patty burgers instead of double patty. Next time I will just set at window until I verify my order. Regardless if cars are behind me or not.

My question is ," is there a regulation that tells customers are not allowed to order or pick up food at the drivethru without cars, when the lobby is closed?". I am a DoorDash driver. On October 15,2021, I had two orders to pick up at this Burger King and another store nearby.Both Burger King and this store are located in the same business building.Because my food at the store nearby was not ready, so I had to walk to Burger King, due to being very close a few yards. However, the lobby door was closed at like 5.40 pm while the business sign says difference. This was wrong because the manager didn't consistently follow the business hours. And then one guy told me to walk in line, I did it because the lobby was closed. But at the speaker, the staff inside asked me where my car was. I said that I picked up my order because the order had been placed in the system. He said, " he can't give me orders if I don't drive a car". ??? So if any customers who do not have cars are not permitted to order food at Burger King?. That...
