stopped here just to get some fries and I know it's Texas.. but no one wears a mask, not even when they're putting your burger together with condiments. I watched all the ladies talk right over the food, it's like destined to get covid. Thank god, I only ordered fries

food was cold ,asked for hot burger get another cold burger ,employee un professional and rude .acted like i was bugging them they had no customer inside the restaurant. inside was cold as well and the girl was working drive was very rude as well

I am seriously done with this location, level of disrespect and Unprofessionalism is beyond anything I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. I am a rewards member for Burger King and know what to expect when I order. But the lack of care and customer service in this location surpassed anything I have ever seen. I made a mobile order for pick and had to wait over half an hour to get my order only to receive incorrect items. They supposed manager continued to speak Spanish amongst the workers instead of fixing my order and continued to ask that I wait even longer. Once she finally spoke to me she insisted my order was correct despite me showing her the mobile order and receipt. I will for sure make sure nobody i know visits this Burger King location ever again.
