Made mobile order. Got to location - closed. Seems like Burger King is just going downhill.

Very slow and they were not busy. Had one employee sitting in the kitchen while others were working. Another employee had papers spread out next to the food prep area. Appeared to only be 3 people actually working while we waited and the drive thru line was growing. Manager(s) didn't seem to be doing much and didn't appear very happy. Nothing on the grill while we waited for 20 minutes and our burgers were cold when we ate them so who knows how long before they had cooked them. Appeared very chaotic and I have to question the cleanliness. Will not be going back after a second subpar experience at this location. But, it seems to be standard at any BK I have ever been to over the years.
