First time was great, gone downhill each time, why would only person working the register also be the person who delivers food, 7 people in kitchen can deliver food. TOO SLOW

Customer service was not great, waited so long for a simple order, and the food was not worth the price at all. I will never go back to another BurgerFi again! Disappointed.
