This finally getting much better my friend and I went after not going for a long time after hearing about service issues but it seems to be a new staff bubis timely the onion rings were crisp and the burger was not overdone :-) great job! Now I just wish they would bring back the beer :-)

Over priced for thin patties. Everything was awful. I spent over $17 for a burger, greasy onion rings and flat soda. I had the worst stomach ache after I ate there. First and last time.

We arrived just after they opened on a Saturday, placed our order and then watched, painfully, as six 20-year-olds gathered around the kitchen/front end window, presumably discussing the matter of "how do we make a burger?" for about twenty minutes until a manager showed up, gave everyone a station, and then twenty MORE minutes later, we got our food. And it was just OK. Other notes: - we refunded an item: the staff thought "vegan style" meant "in the grass" and still with cheese. Oi. - part of the Coke freestyle machine fell into my drink. Never again. Not even to the BurgerFi near my home.
