We went to the drive thru around 715 tonight, and the line was many cars deep, and the dining room was closed. So we attempted to place an order online, but after going through the entire process, including registering for an account, at the very end the website said "sorry we are not accepting online orders at this time"....why not put that up on the site in the beginning? Nevertheless we wasted about 15 minutes of our life we wont get back. There are a handful of restaurants that my boys and I have put on the "banned list" for one reason or another, such as terrible food (Arbys), terrible service (the Ram), or poor cleanliness (Red Robin)- -Burgerville might make the list for ridiculous drive through waits. It's always very slow regardless of the location.
