I recently went there to grab a bite to eat for dinner and I know the drive thru line can be hectic. Not only is the new management unorganized, I received the wrong order and charged for if without any good customer service. I will not be returning to burrito Loco again.

Called in and picked up dinner for a party of 5. Food was ready in 15 minutes and hot and delicious upon arrival back at home. 3 people had 2 cheese enchiladas rice & beans and loved it ... the other 2 had burritos and their plates were clean. My favorite was the guacamole and salsa. Very fresh and flavorful!
