Butt Hutt BBQ is my Holy Grail of Southern BBQ; it is a culmination of all that makes BBQ as awesome it is. I was first introduced to this location in my college days after a night of drinking at the Terrapin Brewery with the promise of the "best ribs I will ever have in my life." I was skeptical at first, but that all changed after I took my first bite. It was the best ribs I ever had. A few days later, I came again just to verify it was as amazing as it had been before (this time with a sober mind). I again got the rib plate ($10.95 comes with two sides) but switched up with the sides for baked beans and corn nuggets. Needlessly to say, it was still the best ribs I ever had. Perfectly tender and juicy ribs cooked to just the right temperature. Drizzle these ribs in one of the three signatures BBQ sauces, and you have just tasted the best ribs ever. Since that day, I have been frequenting this location...
