Butterfly Burger in Sedona

I rarely write reviews but I was SO impressed with the food at this restaurant. Everything was fresh and creative and delicious! My friends and I only had 3 nights in Sedona, but after eating at Butterfly Burger we went back a second time! I loved the Portobello burger and highly recommend the smothered tots appetizer :)

We are here in Sedona on vacation.  Saw this location as we drove by. Looks great from outside and looked on yelp for reviews and suggestions.  Everything looked good, we have a party of 6 so figured I would call and get an idea what the wait would be. It was around 7pm, so I'm sure they were busy.  So my wife called and they have a phone tree, which is annoying.  Anyways she got a message saying she was the #1 in the cue.  After 15 minutes I decided to call. Then I was #1 in the cue and she was bumped to #2.  20 minutes later I decided to hang up and we went to Picasso Italian instead.  Really sorry that this place didn't answer. Menu looked delicious.

My husband was craving for some good burger after hiking and rock climbing all day. We ordered Nothing burger, fries (comes with special ketchup), Primo portobello, Quinoa confetti salad. Everything was just delicious. My husband was happy with his burger and I was very satisfied with  my prtobello burger. I am not a vegetarian but wanted something lighter so I went with this mushroom burger. It was very tasty and filling. But I think the best dish of our dinner was the quinoa confetti salad. The kale was dressed perfectly and this quinoa was, I think, the best quinoa compared to what I have ever had in the past. If you want to have a good burger and stay away from Sedona downtown crowd, this one is definitely a go to place.
