I'm rating this place three stars because two and a half is not an option. The atmosphere is fantastic, it's like an enclosed train cab with seating and cute accent pieces while at the same time quiet and great for a good convo. However, the reason for the low stars is because of their actual cocktails. While here I had three cocktails all them were your basic traditional cocktails that you can get anywhere, but I would rate theirs a 2.5 of 5. I understand that all places at the packing district you pay for the atmosphere but I feel this is one of the places that even under the packing district umbrella, where the price superseded the quality.

Going out of my way to write this review because I think it's important for people to know how RUDE the staff is here. Condescending and just mean. We walked in and asked them for recommendations on the drinks - just got a flat, curt mumble for a reply (which I ignored because anyone could be having a bad day, right?). We proceeded to order and the bartender rudely demanded for our ID saying there were cameras on them. I looked into my purse and realized I forgot my ID at home because I switched bags. When I told the bartender I forgot my ID, there was another man behind the bar with her (might have been a manager or the owner?). The man proceeded to mock me for forgetting my ID. It honestly shocked me. Why would someone talk to me like that for no reason? "C'mon you come to a bar without your ID, how am I supposed to serve you. We have cameras on us" he snarled. He sounded pissed off. The other bartender flatly said, "well, there's nothing we can do about that" (lol how about "oh that's too bad, I'm sorry we can't serve without an ID" ). The man then has the audacity to rudely tell us, "you can order drinks and go out and drink them" and he tells my husband " YOU can order something" because he had his ID on him. We walked out saying "no thank you". This might seem like a small thing but it sticks because both these people were so incredibly rude and unwelcoming. I didn't want a drink, I forgot my ID and I totally get that they have cameras on them. But there's absolutely NO need for them to have treated us like that. Those two definitely need to drop out of the hospitality business. I mean c'mon! PS - Please see all the 1 and 2-star reviews - almost all of them are about how the bartenders are rude!
