Love this spot! Literally a hidden gem! Interior design and ambiance is outstanding. Their liquor and bourbon is extensive considering the pandemic. I met the owner and he was friendly, hospitable, and genuine. I will tell all my friends who love cocktails and relaxed vibes! Great food. Texican rolls reminded me of the ones Chilis has but better!

Stopped by here for the first time. I was in town for business and wanted a nice place to enjoy a good bourbon. I yelped and found By Popular Demand. I walked in a saw an impressive back bar. They had Weller 12 year, Blanton's, E.H. Taylor, Willet Pot Still, and other great brands of bourbon and scotch. The place was classy and clean. The bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable. While I didn't try the food, I enjoyed a number of drinks and was impressed by the selection. If you are looking for an upscale bar where you can enjoy a great bourbon with friends, this is definitely a great place to go. I look forward to my next trip to Houston.
