A rare choice of cuisine in a town with so many more traditional resturants. Kabab and Gyros. Fallafal . Yougurt and humus . Small establishment. Better to call ahead to avoid waits, and no reason not to just pick up order.

This place was such a little surprise! We stayed in Paso for a couple of nights and just didn't feel like going out after a long day out wine tasting. This place was perfect. I'd give it a 4.5 if I could. The food was delicious, not too salty, the staff was super accommodating, and this place was hoping with take out orders! So put your order in early! We didn't know how popular it would be, but we placed our order and took a walk around the block, came back and sat for a bit because they were a bit under staffed that night. Many restaurants are like that now, but they communicated well, and I didn't feel like it took all that much longer. This will be on our short list when we head to the Paso area again!

Hubs and I love the filafle wrap! We've been coming there for 2 1/2 years. Never gets old- we love and recommend Byblos Mediterranean Grill! Great hummus and pita- Yum!
