I hesitated in writing this review, but after giving Cacho's Bistro another chance, I felt it necessary to call out some of the RUDEST and gawd awful customer service. While I tend to cut restaurants slack, due to understaffing or Covid-19 challenges, I have found the majority of restaurants to be warm in their greetings and addressing their customers. NOT THIS PLACE. If you don't mind being greeted with a scowl and non-verbal actions, and food slammed down on the counter, then this is the place for you.
