Our family has been dining here for at least half a decade. We haven't been here as much since Ooh La La closed. We ordered two salmon dishes and hummus with pita. It was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes. Each piece of salmon was 1.5 inches thick...like seriously....the size of my middle finger. They said it would take an additional 15 minutes for the hummus. My husband opted for two cups of potato soup instead of waiting after a long day of work. There was less than half a cup of soup in each container. It seems as if they took one order and split it in half...the salmon and the soup. Seriously, if times are that hard, perhaps it's time to close the doors. So very disappointed.

Visited Cafe Express Town and Country earlier this week. My husband and I love the pasta pesto salad. It is always delicious and the staff is always friendly and efficient. When I walked in on Tuesday around 2:00 p.m there was a young man in the dining room making sure everything was really clean. He looked at me and said welcome to Cafe Express and he was so kind and friendly. I placed my to go order and sat down to wait. I watched this young man, Joseph, and was struck by the care he was taking while cleaning and his friendliness to everyone. I walked over to him and told him it was great to see someone so friendly and that he made my day! As I was leaving with my order, I talked to the manager about Joseph. He is a great employee and his attitude and work ethic will take him far. His approach to the customers and his job are skills some people just automatically have. I look forward to seeing Joseph on my next visit!!
