Perfect for a quick visit from UW campus, and it complements the other food around. It gets busy in waves, but I haven't had to wait long. Service has been consistent since pre-COVID times, this summer, and move-in week, and I've tried a lot of the different flavors (usually winding up with the Hawaiian Freeze). It's an affordable and convenient option for boba. Even though there are plenty of boba places on the Ave, the convenience of Cafe Happy's location makes it easy to go back to. Even if you don't find the right flavor, just go back and try something different.
