I'm surprised I hadn't written a review previously. A couple years ago this would have been a 5 star review. They make these wonderful renditions of a Taiwanese style shaved ice dessert. A few different cultures do their own versions of flavored shaved ice desserts like Filipino halo halo or a Korean dessert known as patbingsoo or just bingsu/ bingsoo for short.
