Our waitress was really nice and the food was delicious. They have veggie burgers, too! I also want to mention, the bartender who made our drinks really knows how to make a fabulous whiskey sour.

Stopped in for a meal before leaving Seattle and we were very happy with our meal and experience. Staff were friendly, prices were fair and food was good. Portion sizes were perfect, beer was nice and cold and the french fries really hit the spot. If we ever make it back to the Seatlle area we would go here again!

TLDR: Food was extraordinary; staff was incredible. On vacation with my family, we walked by Cairde a couple of times and decided to stop for dinner. We couldn't be happier that we did. Their giant pretzels are to die for and my husband absolutely loved the sausage roll. Their fried ice cream brought us back the next night for seconds. We had to top the fried ice cream with the black and tan brownie. We decided it was a toss up for the best dessert-- they were both delicious. Considering things are just opening up (pandemic), every single person who worked there was running, yet kept smiles on their faces. We also met Executive Chef Pepper, who is just a hilarious ray of sunshine. Honestly, we couldn't recommend Cairde Public House & Bar more and will be back before we leave.
