BTW, why is there a crawfish on the logo? No crawfish in any menu items I could find. That might add a bit of credence to the name. Just saying.

Menu missing shrimp & oyster items, what's up? Poboys with no cajun in them, no seafood or meats? Disappointed, waited so long for opening. I'm from NOLA, this is not a Cajun or Creole place, sorry.

Gumbo is okay, but most of the rest is really cajun buffet. Brown rice does NOT go in red beans or gumbo The rice is not the main dish so not two cups of rice in the bowl with 1/2 the entree item.
