I've been living in Texas for almost 2 years now I'm from Louisiana and we love our crawfish . I've tried crawfish from 3 different establishments and I was deeply disappointed. I saw a post where someone was asking who had the best crawfish and several people from Louisiana mentioned Cajun Fuze crawfish taste like crawfish from Louisiana so I wanted to give them a try. I ordered the knockout which consisted of 2lbs of crawfish, 8 large boiled butterfly shrimps, and 1 snow crab with 2 potatoes, 1 corn and 3 sausage links. I ordered mines original cajun and firecracker which seasoned medium. When I tell you the flavor was perfect it was 100% perfect what I loved most was that it wasn't dusted with seasoned it was boiled in the liquid boil and seasoning.
