It has been a long while since my last time visiting this Calhoun's. It wasn't too busy and the service was quick. Food was delicious. I had the prime rib sandwich with Au jus to dip it in. I recommend that dish.

This has always been our favorite Calhouns. Today was the last time we will eat here for a very long time, and very possibly never again. The food was great, but service was horrible. This is not the first time we have experienced this here lately, so we will spend our time and money elsewhere in the future. Rude waitress who didn't show up to fill our tea or ask if we needed anything until food had been on the table for at least 15-20 minutes (someone else delivered food to the table and also did not ask). When she finally did show up, we asked for tea and some ranch (for our now cold fries) she got a MAJOR attitude and told us that ranch would be $.50 each (I guess she didn't want to go get it?) Very odd and aggressive behavior from that point. Gave us the bill and stood at our table with a handheld credit card machine and didn't say a word. ??? We have never had that happen before. Maybe they're having trouble with folks skipping on the bill??? SO. RUDE. Two stars because our food was good, but we will choose not to deal with crazy again. Our time and money are more valuable than this.

They did a fantastic job on a Prime Rib pickup order for our Christmas Family gathering. This location does large pickup orders very well and we have continued to use them for years
