The service was good but the food was HORRIBLY salty! We left feeling sick after choking down only half of our food. It was so salty we couldn’t eat it. We were disappointed after seeing such good reviews. The only thing we had that was good was the quest. The fajitas and crawfish enchiladas let an awful salt taste in our mouth.

Chips were okay to good but food was very disappointing. I had fajitas tacos and the beef tasted as if it had been previously frozen and rubbery. My wife has a chicken breast of which she didn't like either it tasted old or warmed up. We both sent back our orders. Positive was the waitress who was understanding and she gave my five year old more fruit which was good. His chicken quesadilla was very good me and my both had some. Not sure what was wrong this day but the restaurant was very receptive to our gripes.

My experience at Caliente was lukewarm. Food was brought out incorrectly numerous times. Waitress didn’t know what she was doing, so other staff members had to cover for her. Beans were cold, and the guacamole was bland.
