their food is good but for some reason every single time i order delivery from this location they mess the order up so bad that it’s not what i ordered anymore (all of the toppings missing) and the food always comes ice cold

Soooo don’t go here. Drinks are just alright for overpriced. Everything is overpriced for what you get honestly. Got the spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer, and it was terrible. They barely give you any chips, but didn’t even need the few we did have because the actual dip was horrendous. Green goopy slop, obviously just comes frozen and they heat it up. Absolutely disgusting. I was so disappointed, although i have not been here in a very long time i have previously had lovely experiences at CPK. I work in the industry myself and i felt that the staff’s uniforms were a bit un-neat, however everyone was very friendly and polite. The one good thing i do have to say is the pizza was great. If I ever get CPK again i will most likely just order a pizza togo. I absolutely love the vibe they are going for within CPK, but it was severely undelivered at this location. After reading the reviews of others near by, it seems like the same goes for other locations as well.
