Ahh, California Tortilla. Two words East Coasters thought would go together so wonderfully. Sadly, I won't be returning. It's like Moe's, only worse.Probably the only interesting thing about California Tortilla is the grand assortment of get-your-own hot sauce, which is necessary since the food is rather bland. Without some hot sauce, I don't know how I'd taste the food.For this location, it's like they're trying to replicate the California atmosphere (without the weed smell), since it was like 80 degrees in the store. Apparently the building owner refuses to fix the air conditioning. So that's less related to the chain.The temperature probably affects the staff attitude, as they don't seem happy, and that makes for a sad experience. Save your money and go to Moe's or Chipotle.
